Hereinafter referred to as STA
The STA state the rules between SOLO-NEUMATICOS CB, owner of the website www.solo-neumaticos.com, and their customers in the following territories:
Spain: Spanish Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Portugal: Peninsular
1.1. Customer acknowledges to be informed of the STA before ordering.
1.2. The fact of placing an order implies total acceptance, without reservation, of the STA.
2.1 The characteristics and sizes of the products are described on the website.
2.2 The descriptions of products and their benefits are given purely for information purposes and have been gathered from different sources (catalogs of manufacturers, newspaper articles, product labeling ...) and do not imply any comparison or technical valuation between them, not being in any way compromised the responsibility of SOLO-NEUMATICOS CB. Information and illustrations on the products listed in the pages of the Website may contain inadvertent errors. The above information does not constitute any contractual value and SOLO-NEUMATICOS CB is not responsible for its content.
2.3 The customer agrees to scrupulously respect the regulations and safety recommendations regarding the use of the product (vehicle, rotation, inflation pressure, same tires on the same axle ...). SOLO NEUMATICOS CB will not be responsible in any way for improper mounting, use or its improper storage. The conditions of use must conform to the requirements provided by the manufacturer.
2.4 The products offered depend on available stock. If product is not available SOLO NEUMATICOS CB will offer a similar or superior product to the customer. SOLO NEUMATICOS CB would contact the customer by phone or email at the address provided by the latter as soon as possible to propose a solution of replacement or cancel the order.
2.5 If the customer modifies the order, this will be cancelled and, if necessary, the return of the products would be made at a customer cost if they have already been sent, leading to a new order by the customer.
3.1 Advertised prices are given in Euros
The price to pay is the one that is in effect on the date on which the customer has placed the order.
SOLO NEUMATICOS CB reserves the right, accepted by the customer, to change prices at any time, simply stating these changes on the Site. However, these modifications will not affect orders that SOLO NEUMATICOS CB has accepted before the entry into force of the amendments.
3.2 Price includes:
- Products ordered by the customer
- The recycling tax
-  Packaging costs
-  Delivery 
-  Appointment at the POS to mount the tyres (if the customer requests)
-  VAT
4.1 When ordering the customer will indicate the payment method chosen among the following:
Wire Transfer
If the client wishes, money can be sent to the account of SOLO NEUMATICOS CB in La Caixa. In the aforementioned transfer the customer must inform the order code, name and phone number. Once payment is received, the order will be confirmed and delivery will take place.
The client can choose this method of payment. Without any cost for buyer
SOLO NEUMATICOS CB will inform the customer by e-mail at the address provided by the latter, with any problems in the collection process and reserves the right to cancel the order, if necessary.
5.1 The delivery period begins to run from the receipt of payment and is set as follows:
· Spain Peninsula 2 to 4 working days
· Balearic Islands- 4 working days
· Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla- 15 working days
- Portugal Peninsula: 4 working days
For Truck tyres the delivery is 2 more days, additionally to the delivery times reflected above.
They do not count as working days bank holidays or Sundays and Saturdays. Any delay in delivery of products for a case of force majeure (fire, natural disasters, strikes, storms that disrupt maritime traffic, limitation, difficulties with subcontractors or suppliers, accidents ...), or any cause which prevents or delays the delivery does not give the customer the right to cancel the order or to claim the delivery warranty. 
5.2 Delivery of products will be made by a transport service chosen by SOLO NEUMATICOS CB or their suppliers.
According to the option chosen by the customer, the products are delivered at home (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or in the center of installation if the customer wants SOLO NEUMATICOS CB to coordinate the fitting.
Peninsular Spain and Portugal: FREE
Balearics islands: FREE
Canary Islands: 35 euros taxes not included if 1 tire order
                             25 euros per tire if order is more than 1 tyre but less than 12
                              4 euros per tyre if order is 12 or more tires
If customer selects home delivery, in case of absence, the carrier will leave a notice. The customer must, without fail, contact the carrier immediately to organize the reception of the products. In case of difficulty to contact the carrier, the customer must notify by email SOLO NEUMATICOS CB. After 10 days from the date of dispatch of the products, they will be automatically returned to SOLO NEUMATICOS CB. The cost of return is 20 Euros / tire tax included in peninsula and 25 Euros / tire taxes included for Balearic and Canary Islands.
5.3 The client must check the products before mounting them to ensure their full compliance with the order.
In the event delivery does not conform (product missing, incorrect reference, damaged product) it is preferable to refuse delivery. If however you accept the delivery, you must write your comments' wrong product / defective / incomplete "on the delivery order and to keep a copy. Also it is important to report it immediately so that we can claim with the carrier for damage to it, send your reservations to only tires by clicking on the following link - Contact -.
If customer requests, SOLO NEUMATICOS will schedule an appointment at a fitment center in the following 24 hours from the date of payment (Monday to Friday). To do this, in the last step of the ordering process customer must instruct us to do it by writing down in the comments section of the order.  It is expressly agreed that the products will only be owned by the customer from the moment of the effective delivery.
The customer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return for whatever reason at customer expense, the products ordered. This period begins to run from the date of delivery of the order in the address instructed by the client. The dated delivery note is a proof of that.
The return must be initiated by using the following link   - Contáctanos -  Products must be accompanied by the delivery note and invoice and sent to the address indicated by SOLO-NEUMATICOS to the customer. Products already used or already mounted are not elligible for return.
The return of products will be made by the courier chosen by the Customer. Return costs are borne by the customer. 
Any risk related to the return of the goods is payable by the customer.
Upon receipt and verification of products, SOLO-NEUMATICOS will reimburse the customer within 15 days from the date the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
9.1 Product Warranty
9.1.1 The products marketed by SOLO NEUMATICOS  on the website benefit from 2 years warranty from date of delivery.
9.1.2 The client will inform SOLO NEUMATICOS of any defect within two months since I became aware of the lack of conformity.
9.1.3 If claim is accepted  by SOLO NEUMATICOS, customer is entitled to replacement of the defective product or refund it.
In any case, on duly proven defective, transportation charges back and forth (delivery and return of products) shall be borne by only tires.
- The misuse or incorrect assembly of products made without respecting the instructions advised by SOLO NEUMATICOS and / or the manufacturer are not subject to warranty.
- Warranty does not apply to replacements or repairs resulting from normal wear of products, deterioration or accidents arising from negligence, lack of maintenance and supervision, poor storage conditions of incorrect fitment.
- Warranty is not valid in case of punctures.
 9.2 Fitment warranty
The installer workshop is responsible for the correct fitting of tires. If any problem with the fitment, customer must immediately inform the assembly center. Also, customer must inform SOLO NEUMATICOS track the solution offered to the customer.
9.3 Delivery Warranty
     For every day that the deadline for agreement set out in section 5.1 is exceeded, SOLO NEUMATICOS will provide voucher equivalent to the number of days of delay multiplied by the number of tires purchased. Said discount may be used on the next purchase.
9.4 Price Warranty
If within 3 days after purchase the customer finds same tire at a cheaper price in an online store, price diiference will be paid with a vouchervalid for next purchase. The following conditions apply:
1. The price found is not the result of an spot offer
2. The rate found is not the result of  clearing stocks (last units)
3. The production date of the tire must be equal or less than two years.
4. The price must also include our personalized search and quotation for the fitment service
To claim this warranty, customer must send an email within 3 days of the date of purchase to the address atencion_cliente@solo-neumaticos.com including the details of your purchase as well as full details of the shop where customer found a lower price.
Once verified, SOLO NEUMATICOS will reply by email and, if warranty is elligible, the voucher for the difference will be send to the communication.

 General conditions of sale will be available any time online for the customer.
This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply in matters not provided in this contract in matters of interpretation, validity and execution.
